Answer: Our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm ET
Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: The Choice Bumper catalog contains part numbers and descriptions of the items. When placing an order, the Customer Service Representative will ask for the year, make, and model for the item you need.
Question: Can I make a change to an existing order?
Answer: Yes, you can. Simply call 800-874-8341 and a Customer Service Representative can assist you with any changes that you need to make to your order. If you need to cancel an order, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately so these parts can be made available for other customers.
Question: How long will it take to have my order delivered?
Answer: Choice Bumper offers one day delivery in most areas (depending on your location).
Question: How is my order shipped?
Answer: Orders are shipped in enclosed delivery trucks. Our enclosed trucks protect your order from the weather, so your order is delivered safely to your location. If you are out of our delivery area, your order will be shipped UPS or Common Carrier at your expense.
Question: Is there a delivery charge?
Answer: Delivery is free for orders over $100, there is a small fee of $5 for orders under $100, if product is delivered on our own truck.
Question: How do I know that these are quality products?
Answer: Choice Bumper only distributes high quality sheet metal and parts from reputable manufacturers. All items are inspected at the Choice Bumper warehouse. Items are checked for dents, scratches, and any irregularities. If an item is determined damaged, it is not added to the Choice Bumper inventory. Only the highest quality items are added to our extensive inventory.
Question: How do I pay for my order?
Answer: All orders are cash on delivery (COD) unless previous arrangements have been made with the Accounting Department.
