Terms and Conditions for Body Shops

Ordering: 
Ordering is done by telephone or online at http://www.choicebumper.com. Please use our part number or description when ordering. Our inventory is computer controlled so when you place an order your parts are reserved for you. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact our office immediately so these parts may be made available for others. 

Delivery:
Free delivery in our regular delivery area.

Returns:
(1) All returns must be authorized prior to pick up and merchandise must be in the original carton, in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the paid invoice.

(2) A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless an item has been shipped in error.

(3) No returns after ninety (90) days.

(4) No returns for transport damage so PLEASE check you order upon delivery.

(5) All credit for returned items will be applied to future purchases. No cash refunds will be issued. Credits not used within a one (1) year period are void.

(6) All parts must be test-fit by customer.  We will absolutely not honor returns that have been painted.

Labor Reimbursement: 
All claims are limited to CAPA certified parts only and must be submitted on a completed authorized claim form with the part. Reimbursement of labor for parts that do not fit or are found to be defective yet installed on a vehicle is limited by the following:
(1) The part must be found defective by us or a qualified independent expert.

(2) A claim must be submitted within six (6) months of purchase date.

(3) A rate of $25.00 per hour, using a commonly accepted crash estimating guide, to determine the 
allocated time. 

(4) The labor claim cannot exceed the claim for the cost of the defective part. 

Payments: 
All purchases are Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) unless previous arrangements have been made with our Accounting Department

Prices: 
All prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts are available for volume buyers.

We reserve the right, depending upon the situation, to apply claim payments as a credit against future 
purchase. We reserve the right to make all final decisions on claims.
